we ship from Australia & china, worldwide.

free shipping on AU and NZ orders over $150. below that, rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

dispatch
in-stock pieces are packed within 1–2 business days. a small number of pieces are made to order and ship in 5–10 business days — this is noted on the product page.

tracking
you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us. once it's with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands.

address accuracy
please double-check your address at checkout. we can't redirect a parcel once it's lodged, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect address will need postage paid again before we resend.

international
duties, taxes and customs charges are set by your country and aren't included in what you pay us. they're your responsibility on arrival.

lost or delayed parcels
if tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, email us and we'll chase it with the carrier.
