Refund policy

1. all sales final

we do not offer refunds, returns, or size exchanges on any order. please review the size guide carefully before purchasing. buying the wrong size is not grounds for a return or exchange.

2. faulty or defective items

if your item arrives with a manufacturing fault or defect, we'll replace it with the same item where stock allows, or offer store credit if the piece has sold out. proof of purchase and clear photos of the fault are required.

3. time limit

faulty item claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. requests after this window will not be considered.

4. condition

items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. trying on for size is fine. items showing signs of wear, wash, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible.

5. exclusions

sale items, clearance items, and sold-out or limited stock are not eligible for replacement or credit unless faulty. personalised or custom-made products are non-returnable unless faulty.

6. shipping

if an item is confirmed faulty, rise will cover return shipping. we recommend a trackable method — rise is not liable for items lost in return transit.

7. final decision

all decisions on faulty item claims are made at the discretion of rise brand management and are final.

8. how to lodge a claim
