Refund/Exchange Policy

At Rise, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. In order to maintain our commitment to offering affordable prices and efficient operations, we have established the following refund policy:

1. No Refunds: We regret to inform our customers that we do not offer refunds for any purchases made at RiseBrand.shop. Once a purchase is completed, it is considered final.

2. Exchange Only: In exceptional cases where a product is damaged or defective upon receipt, customers may be eligible for an exchange. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for any exchange requests. 

3. Conditions for Exchange: The product must be, unworn (Trying on for size is okay), and in its original condition with all tags attached. Exchanges are subject to availability (Sold out), and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product does not meet our return criteria. Exchanges will never be offered when a product is on sale. 

4. Time Limit for Exchange: Any exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date. Requests made after this time frame will not be considered.

5. Exclusions: Please note that certain items, such as sale, clearance merchandise or limited sold out stock, may not be eligible for exchange. Additionally, personalized or custom-made products cannot be exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.

6. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the product is deemed defective or damaged upon receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure safe delivery.

7. Finality of Decision: All decisions regarding exchanges are at the discretion of RiseBrand management and are final.

8. Notification of Exchange: Customers must contact our customer service team at RiseBrandSup24@gmail.com or @risebrand.shop on Instagram to initiate an exchange request. Please provide your order details and a brief description of the issue, and our team will assist you promptly.
