Refund policy

returns & exchanges

we don't accept change-of-mind returns. if the fit is wrong, or something isn't right with your piece, we'll sort it.

wrong size — 20 days
you have 20 days from the day your order is delivered to request a size exchange. within that window you can choose either an exchange for a different size in the same piece, or store credit for the amount you paid. credit doesn't expire.

your piece must come back unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

postage. return postage to us is arranged and paid by you. please use Australia Post with tracking — we can't take responsibility for parcels that don't arrive, and our return address can't accept courier deliveries. sending your replacement size out is a flat $12, which we'll invoice you once your request is approved.

timing. we dispatch your new size once the original reaches us and passes inspection. allow 7–14 days end to end. if your size sells out while your return is in transit, we'll issue full store credit instead.

faulty, damaged, or wrong item sent
email us photos within 20 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it — your choice. we cover the return postage on faults. this is separate from the exchange process above and costs you nothing.

not eligible
change of mind. archive and clearance pieces. anything worn, washed, altered, or returned without tags.

returning one piece from a multi-item bundle removes the bundle discount — you'll be credited the discounted value of the item returned.

international orders
return postage and any duties or taxes are your responsibility. the $12 replacement postage charge doesn't apply outside Australia — we'll quote actual cost.

how to start
email us with your order number, the piece, and the size you'd like instead. we'll confirm and send you the return address and a payment link. please don't post anything back before your request is approved — we can't process returns that arrive unannounced.

nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. if a product has a major failure, you're entitled to choose a refund or a replacement, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
